For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies such as TCS, DHL, International Speed Post, etc. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies such as Daraz M&P, OCS, Leopards, Trax, etc.

Shipping Timelines:

• Orders are shipped within 8+ days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation and mentioned on the website & in the order confirmation email.
• Delivering of the shipment is subject to the norms of the courier company/post office.

Delivery Responsibility:

• IME Collection is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities. We guarantee only to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the agreed timeline.
• Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.
