Cancellation and Refund Policy

IME COLLECTION believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has therefore implemented a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellation Requests:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
- However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.

Non-Cancellable Items:
- IME COLLECTION does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers and eatables.
- However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory.

Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the case of receiving damaged or defective items, please report this to our Customer Service team.
- The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue.
- This should be reported within 30 days of receipt of the products.

Product Mismatch:
- If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving the product.
- The Customer Service team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

Manufacturer Warranty:
- For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.

Refund Process:
- For any refunds approved by IME COLLECTION, it will take up to 7 working days for the refund to be initiated.
- It may take an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account, card, or original mode of payment.

Additional Information:
- All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through our Customer Service team.
- IME COLLECTION reserves the right to refuse any cancellation or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
- Please keep all relevant documentation and communication records for reference during the cancellation or refund process.
